Pay Scales:
Officers/ Engineers: Basic Pay Rs. 24,900/- per month, CTC 10.5 Lakhs
Assistant Officers/Assistant Engineers: Basic Pay Rs. 20,600/- per month, CTC 7 Lakhs

Age Limit: Maximum Upper Age Limit 26 Years as on 30th June, 2014. Age relaxation will be given to OBC NC/SC/ST/PWD as per IOCL Norms.

Educational : Candidates should have possessed qualifying Degree in Engineering/Technology with 65% marks General and OBC / 55 % marks Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) /People with Disability (PWD) in the above mentioned disciplines or equivalent (Full Time Regular) from recognized Indian Universities / Institutes.

How to Apply: Interested and Eligible candidates must required to apply for GATE 2014 examination in the relevant disciplines through http://www.iitkgp.ac.in/gate2014/. After this Online Application at Indian Oil Corp. Ltd. official website will also be required using GATE 2014 registration number from 18 December, 2013 to 2 March 2014.

Selection Process: Short listed candidates by GATE 2014 score in the concerned disciplines will be called for Group Discussion (GD) Group Task (GT) Personal Interview (PI).

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Preliminary (Online), Main Examination (Grade ‘A’) and Interview.

How to Apply: Eligible applicants are required to apply online through website www.nabard.org from 23-09-2013 to 14-10-2013 and attend for preliminary exam for Grade ‘A’ on 24-11-2013 with original caste/ relevant certificates, print out of AL, recent passport size photograph and shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

1. Candidates can log on to the website www.nabard.org.
2. Click on the link ‘Careers of NABARD’.
3. Click on the link for the post to be applied for.
4. The payment can be made by using MASTER/ VISA debit/ credit cards or Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen.
5. On successful completion of the transaction, e-receipt and application form will be generated then fill all the details in the Online Application form.
6. After submission of all the details click on the ‘Submit’ button.
7. Candidates are advised to take a printout of their system generated ON-LINE application forms after registering.
8. All registered candidates will be required to download the Admission Letter (AL) from Bank’s Website for exam.
