Experience :
Should have total experience of 10 to 12 years – out of which 5 or more years’ uninterrupted experience in a listed public limited company is required. The candidate should be competent to handle all Corporate Governance functions of company of our size and business and well-versed with all secretarial functions including Capital Issues, servicing of share holders, conducting AGMs, organising Board Meetings, drafting & vetting the legal agreements and compliances under the Companies Act and relevant legislations

Age Limit : 35 to 40 Years

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Post-Graduate/ Graduate Degree in Business, Finance or Commerce with an excellent academic background. (Preferably CFA / CA / CS/ LLB) with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in Group Discussions, Personal Interview.
